Refund Policy / Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours are entitled for full refund. Any cancellation made beyond 24 hours window is subject to airline's approval. As per the fare rules of the airlines, you maybe eligible for a refund. Our Service fees inclusive of the original travel booking are non-refundable.

Please note the we are reliant on the airlines for receiving the requested refunds. Once the refund has been accepted by the airlines, it may take upto 1 billing cycle from the receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement.
